There are 20 check-in-counters
at your disposal in the terminal.
Check-In times:
Please arrive at the airport 1.5 hours prior departure.
Important notice: On Ryanair flights the check-in counters close 40 minutes prior departure, on
airberlin flights and holiday flights the counters close 30 minutes prior departure.
Late-night Check-In
Concerning all flights
with airberlin departing the following day,
with Germania departing before 13:00 am the following day
and with Hamburg International departing before 10:00 am the following day the airlines offer the possibility to check-in the evening before departure from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Please note: this service is only possible if you have your travel documents (ticket or online-booking confirmation number) with you. Only the person himself or a family member which has also booked for this flight can check in.
The tour operators´ counters are not open during the "late-night-check-in" .
